Self-Care Sanity: Idea #10 – The Gift of Doing Nothing

10-bath-duckiesI was never much of a bath person until I started having children. Then, no matter what, I started ending the day with a hot bath. I would like to say a ‘long’ hot bath but that didn’t happen too often when the kids were small.

There is just something about giving closure to the day by relaxing in the bubbles.

When you feel like you need to ‘get away’ your break can be as close as your bathtub. Pour in the bubbles and turn up the heat.


By the way, this is not the time to solve world peace. This is the time to think about nothing. Try it!
