November "Build Your Organizing Business" Tip:
Get Ready for the January Organizing Craze Now!

Do you know what the 2nd most popular New Year's resolution is right behind losing weight?  It's getting organized!

And that's fantastic for you!  January is the perfect time to be out there letting every one of your choice clients know who you are and what you do.

Which means you need to start lining up speaking events now, yes, now!

Here's exactly what you do:
  1. Find places to speak.  Call your local Chamber of Commerce and ask them for a list of civic organizations/women's groups/professional associations in your area.  Look in the phone book.  Google.  Look in your local paper under Events.  Keep track of the ones that you believe your choice clients attend.
  2. Start calling the person in charge.  Here is what you say "Hi, my name is ______________. I speak on the topic of __________. Does this sound like a fit for your group?
  3. If they say 'yes' decide on a meeting date. If they say 'their calendar is full' ask them when they line up their speakers for the next year. If they say 'no' ask them if they know of other associations/organizations that would be a fit.
  4. Now the fun part!  Put your presentation together and practice.  You may say to me "Elizabeth, I should have done that first!"  No, I want you to get events lined up first which will MAKE you have to put your presentation together because you have to show up.  If you have any fear of speaking this is the way to do it!  Otherwise, you'll talk about getting out and speaking forever but never make it happen.
  5. Don't know what to say in a presentation and how to put it together?  No worries!  Think of all the things your clients ask you about.  These are your topics.  Need more help?  Everything you need to know is in my Speak Now and Forever Get New Clients Home Study Program.  You can have me right there with you in your office helping you every step of the way!
  6. Decide on a great promotion to give the audience. If you want more organizing consulting clients offer your package at $50 off, or offer 4 hours for the price of 3 - but they need to sign up that day. Have a great flyer that describes your promotion and watch your choice clients sign up on the spot!
  7. Offer a free report that they will get if they give you their e-mail and tell them they will also get a fre*e subscription to your fantastic newsletter.  Then follow up, follow up, follow up.  This spring I got an organizing client who purchased my biggest package (which is big!!) and she's been getting my newsletter for 5 years!

Elizabeth's Assignment:
  1. Make a decision that you can do this.  I know you can.
  2. Follow the steps I gave you.
  3. Take action and call meeting planners.
  4. Stay focused on calling a certain number every day and follow up with them.
  5. Want a great Intake Form to keep track of your notes while you visit the with the planner?  Get it here. This is just one of the many forms/templates you get in my home study program.
The Speak Now & Forever Get New Client's Home Study Program is Here!
I have been working very hard on a project that is going to help more than you can imagine!  Especially, if this has been a tough year.

I've put together everything I know about using speaking as the #1 marketing strategy to attract your choice clients.

Not just any clients - your choice clients!

The program includes two audio CDs with specific instructions on drafting your topics, preparing your presentation, delivering your presentation, and how to find speaking venues.  The program also includes a CD with all the great forms/templates I use in my speaking business and the transcripts of the audio CDs.  AND, a bonus CD on how to get rid of the paper piles once and for all and a bonus DVD with me giving an actual workshop.

All for only $147!!  Yes, only $147.   I want to make this very affordable for you and get you started expanding your business as soon as possible.

This program is not just for professional organizers.  I give examples for chiropractors, interior designers, financial consultants, etc.  Anyone in a professional service industry will benefit from this program.  So, please tell all of your business owner friends!

I want you to click here to find out everything about this program.  I speak all over the country on this topic and now you can bring me home with you!

You don't have to start from scratch like I did 8 years ago - everything you need to know to speak often and attract your choice clients is here - just for you!
Thanks for taking the time to read the 'Build Your Organizing Business' Tip and I'm excited to help you grow your business. Of course we want to grow our business and make more money but let's not forget - the busier we are the more people we get to help. And the more happy clients we have the more they will tell others!

Sincerely,

Elizabeth
