Spring is just around the corner.  Even though we are finally having some snow storms in South Dakota (we've had a fabulous winter!) I can feel spring coming!  What can you do to excite your prospects and clients for this fresh new season and give them a reason to hire you...soon?!

Elizabeth was our opening keynote speaker at the2011 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference for Professional Organizers.  She spoke on being 'Fearless and Extraordinary' and was the perfect choice to ignite the attendees and get the conference off to a great start.

waiting...
you are the expert now

   




  


So often I hear from entrepreneurs Surely everyone knows what I know.  Who am I to sell my services?  Who am I to speak on this topic?

 

Stop it.  You are the expert.  Right now. 

 

When I spoke at the NAPO national conference in Columbus, OH in 2010 I waved a magic wand over the room full of attendees in my session and declared that they were all experts.  Every one of them. They laughed but so many came up to me afterwards and told me that was exactly what they needed to hear.

, you are the expert.

Does this mean that you know absolutely everything? No.

Does this mean that you are the only one in the world an expert on your area of expertise?  No.

Does this mean that you have nothing left to learn on your subject? No.

What this does mean is for you to stop waiting for whatever it is you are waiting for and go out there and do the good work you have been called to do.  Now.


This is going to take courage and confidence.  Instead of waiting until after the next conference, the next certification, the next ______________ (you fill in the blank) you need to let the world know that you can help them.

You are going to need to be bigger and bolder with your:
  • Marketing
  • Sales conversations
  • Speaking to groups
  • Writing
  • Networking
  • Follow up 
  • Blog posts

The biggest difference between entrepreneurs who make it and those who don't is their confidence.
