Look up

After visiting my mom in the nursing home I have mixed feelings.

On one hand, I’m full of joy because she is still with me and blesses me every single time I visit her.

On the other hand, even though she is living in a wonderful place, I am full of sadness because I don’t like leaving her. I also know that her wish is to be in Heaven.

When I walk out the door to I am overcome with emotion.

moon-star-nightAs I left on Sunday I am so glad I looked up in the sky. What a glorious sight. God was showing His splendor with the moon and the North Star shining so brightly in the clear sky.

A sense of peace came over me as I realized that everything was going to be ok.

Silent night, holy night, all is calm, all is bright.

When we face the dark times in life, even the slightly gray times in life, it is so easy to keep our head and thoughts down. Then things just get worse.

It’s time to look up. ┬áIt is always time to look up.

Right now, I need to look up a lot in my life and business. That’s always where the hope and answers are found. I wish I would remember that more often!

Where are you looking?
