365 Days of Gratitude – Day 351: Taking the time to do something nice

This past spring my dentist, Dr. Dan Goede, helped me in getting hired by the South Dakota Dental Association to speak at their annual convention.  My topic was “Organize with Confidence” and there were 250+ people in the room. It was a fun 3 hours. At my last dentist appointment I asked Dr. Goede if he would write a testimonial letter for me as I’d like to give this presentation all over the country to dental conferences.  I know that he’s very busy but I also know he is very nice and he said yes. Today I went and picked up the letter and was touched by what he said. I am so grateful for people who take the time to do nice things.

What are you grateful for today?

Talk about doing something nice? You are the expert in accomplishing nice after nice. Your words follow your actions beautifully. Praise and thanks to you for your kind care over your aged parents and recent trips to Mayo, calls, visits, unexpected blessings so numerou to express. May you be blessed in return for your gracious efforts, great blessings to your precious family too, and the dinner we are to share on Christmas Day. Lovingly, happily, contentedly, gloriously, Mom and Dad.

  3. Thanks, mom. You and dad are easy to be nice to!
