365 Days of Gratitude – Day 289: Happy to help

My wonderful computer guy, David, owns a company called AllStar Technology.  Usually David comes to my home to help me but today I stopped by his business.  Micah had purchased a laptop and I always have David load any software that is needed for anti-virus, etc. I walk in the front door and 2 very nice young man hop up to help me with big smiles.  You just have to love great customer service. I know that I can leave Micah’s laptop in their capable hands and tomorrow come back and it will be totally ready to go. I am so grateful for small business owners that care about what they do and about their clients.

What are you grateful for today?

Today I am grateful to have my 3-legged cat back after nearly 6 months. He went out one day ~ April 26th to be exact and never came back. We thought the worst after looking and looking. And last night, I was driving home and a black cat crossed in front of my car near our house. I pulled over and sure enough, it was him. He came right to me and I took him home. Unbelievable!

I appreciate good customer service also. Adam, our computer guy came to the house two weeks ago. He worked so fast and efficiently and I appreciate it since we are paying him by the hour. He got everything done within one hour and if he wanted to, he could of dragged it out to two. Another thing I really loved is that he did not make me feel stupid when I asked him questions. He’s our guy and we’ll recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
