When I packed for my book writing retreat I packed up beverages, luncheon type foods, and some snacks. This has worked well so I could just stay in my condo and write and grab quick food to eat when I needed. But after writing solid for over 2 days I decided to have a treat for supper. This afternoon I attended a business conference at a hotel and brought home a delicious supper for tonight complete with cheesecake with caramel topping. Delicious! I am so grateful for takeout and desserts that have no calories!
