I’m sure you have no problem planning your business meetings, client work, family get togethers, etc. But, what about you?
What will you plan for yourself this week? Or, is this question foreign to you?
During my keynote presentation “Now Is Your Time’ I ask the audience to write down one thing they will do for themselves in the next 3 days. Most of the audience stares back at me with shock. Something for them – what kind of question is that?!
Declaring that you are worth taking time for you is one of the most important mindsets you can embrace. What will you schedule for yourself this week”
• A movie?
• A pedicure or manicure – or both?
• A nap?
• Read a book?
• Wrap yourself up in a warm blanket with a cup of hot chocolate and dream
Decide and get it in your calendar.
